We will not use or resell any of the custom products you purchase. We may, though, resuse portions of the code in other projects for other clients; however, these portions will be certain non-unique components such as basic user authentication elements and other minor aspects. The portions reused will never be part of the core of your project such as the code to bill a person in an ecommerce script. Beyond that, after payment you retain all rights to the code to use, transfer, or resell as you see fit.

The transfer of rights to code does not apply, however, to prepackaged scripts you purchase from The PHP SolutionSM such as InstantEmailer. These scipts are provided as turnkey products and are not customly programmed. Rights are only transferred on products which are customly programmed for you.
